Studio Policies
Booking & Reservations
Appointments are recommended and can be booked online. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is recieved.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please provide at 24 hours notice if need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. No-shows will lose their deposit to book again
Studio Etiquette
Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and no makeup unless instructed otherwise. For a comfortable and professional experience, please limit additional guests unless approved in advance.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. Please arrive on time so you receive your full Bougie Glam experience.
